About Us :

Irvine Head Injury, Inc. is one woman's vision for excellence. For over twenty years, our multi-disciplinary treatment team has successfully evaluated, treated and cared for hundreds of people with a known or suspected brain injury. We have committed ourselves to assisting clients reach their highest level of functioning with our continuum of rehabilitation and residential services. Our assisted living apartments, sub-acute rooms and adult foster care homes are designed and maintained to provide a comfortable, homelike environment throughout our clients' recovery process. It is our belief that each client and their family are unique and should be treated with compassion, respect and integrity. Our program is licensed by the State of Michigan and CARF accredited. Irvine Head Injury, Inc. is "the best kept secret in brain injury rehabilitation and long term care."

I will stand with you eye to eye, because we are going to need to look at each other. We will need to stand eye to eye for various projects, programs and tasks that we must undertake. We are going to have to look away from pettiness and childish attitudes. Yes! We will have to see each other eye to eye.

Sister, I will stand with you ear to ear
I will stand with you ear to ear because you will need someone who will listen to you. I am going to listen to you. I am going to hear you, too. I am going to celebrate your joys and triumphs. I am going to explore your thoughts and your ideas. I am going to be willing to change my ways because we talked about certain issues. Yes! I will hear you and lend my ear.

Sister, I will stand with you shoulder to shoulder
I realize that I am going to need you to prop me up on every leaning side. I am going to need you to be there for me in the good times and in the hard times. Yes! I will also support you shoulder to shoulder.

Sister, I will stand with you toe to toe
I will stand with you toe to toe, because there may be times when I may not agree with you. I am not going to disagree with you, just to be disagreeable, but I will stand toe to toe. Toe to toe because there are some rough days ahead, toe to toe because there are some tough issues to be dealt with. Yes! I will stand with you on those issues, steadfast as we move forward, in unity and in love.

Sister, I will stand with you back to back
I will stand with you back to back because you don't have eyes in the back of your head. You can't watch behind your back. I am gong to be the eyes in the back of your head. Yes! I'm going to look out for you when you can't look out for yourself.
