Lahser Campus
The Lahser Campus is located in the heart of Southfield, Michigan, within walking distance of public transportation and a mile of the I-696 expressway, the Lodge Freeway and Telegraph Road. This facility offers three different service levels; sub-acute, assisted living and outpatient services.

Our sub acute unit has six state of the art rooms for clients with complex medical needs. Each single room has been designed to care for clients who are deemed to be medically stable yet, may require oxygen support, suctioning, hemodialysis and additional staff assistance. Ten assisted living apartments, eight singles and two doubles, surround a nursing station that is staffed around the clock. These apartments have private bedrooms, living rooms and handicap accessible bathrooms and kitchens. Outpatient services are also provided on-site and in the local community.

Irvine Home
The Irvine Home is located approximately five miles from the Lahser Campus in Oak Park, Michigan. This residence is home for six male clients who require around the clock supervision and assistance. It is state licensed as a Specialized Adult Foster Care home.

Newport Home
The Newport Home is located approximately three miles from the Lahser Campus in Southfield, Michigan. This home is handicap accessible and designed for the long term care of clients who require additional assistance. It is state licensed as a Specialized Adult Foster Care home.

Mulberry Home
The Mulberry Home is located approximately two miles from the Lahser Campus in Southfield, Michigan. This residence is home for six female clients who require around the clock supervision and assistance. It is state licensed as a Specialized Adult Foster Care home.
